Jakarta, 17 April 2012 - A welcome party for the CIMB Niaga Indonesian Masters presented by PNTS was held on Monday at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta.
World number three Lee Westwood of England headed the cast at the welcome party alongside Ian Woosnam, Michael Campbell, Thongchai Jaidee and the Asian Tour stars and sponsors of the US$750,000 Asian Tour event.
“It's good to see the enthusiasm in the players and to meet with them in a more relaxed environment. This type of engagement also allows us to informally get their thoughts on how we can make the CIMB Niaga Indonesian Masters bigger and better year on year,” said D James Rompas, Vice President Director, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk.
The CIMB Niaga Indonesian Masters presented by PNTS is running in its second year and will be held at the Royale Jakarta Golf Club from April 19 to 22.
Sponsors and partners of the CIMB Niaga Indonesian Masters will enjoy widespread exposure via a strong local media platform and the Asian Tour’s global television platform, which reaches out to over 200 countries and 650 million households on the Live, Highlights, Asian Tour Golf Show and Golfing World.
